Building Stability in your body

From $90 for a 30 minutes session

Muscles and tendons are living levers for your skeleton. They work to maintain stability, need energy to operate and require frequent use to be efficient and effective.

Pain and limited range of movement develop through non-use of your muscle machinery. Become pain free and move easily with regular pampering circuit training visits to the Health & Wellness Centre. We can tailor an exercise program for your needs which will help prevent falls, muscle sprains and strains but over-all improve your wellbeing, confidence and stability.
