Relaxation and Mindfulness Therapy

Relaxation & Mindfulness Therapy focuses on techniques designed to help individuals achieve mental calm and inner balance. Mindfulness involves being present in the moment, enhancing self-awareness, and reducing stress through practices like meditation and deep reflection.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully engaged and aware of the present moment, without judgment. It helps cultivate a calm and focused mind, improving emotional resilience and mental clarity.

Relaxation is achieved through mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and guided meditation. These practices activate the body’s natural relaxation response, calming the mind and reducing physical tension.

Breathing Exercises: Learn controlled breathing techniques to manage stress and anxiety.

Holistic Cleansing

Starting from $350.00 per session

Pressortherapy (PT) suit is a bodywrap, stimulating circulation with modulated massage by the undulating compartments inflating and deflating. Also the PT suit uses infra-red heat and electromagnetic stimulation (EMS) to increase circulation and promote elimination toxins.

Regular use of PTwill assist in increased wellness and helps to promote weight loss. PT treatments take 60 minutes (depending on tolerances) and are taken in conjunction with a sauna and hydrotherapy spa.

Guests will require to stay for two (2) hours pertreatment and are encouraged to take wellness sessions to increase knowledge on improved nutrition and exercise for positive results.

Nutrition Education

What is good nutrition compared to just eating to satisfy your hunger? Hydration and food make up the fuel for our bodies. Over-indulgence and under activity cause a surplus of energy and you become over-weight. Getting the balance right is key to holistic health.

Nutrition education may sound complex to some and seem unnecessary to those of us who have had health education. Believe me when I say we can all learn something from the informative sessions given by the nutrition experts at BN Healthy.

Education classes – Being Healthy multiple titles
  • Our partner BNHEALTHY CLLINICAL NUTRITIONISTS have the answers you are seeking when it comes to knowing the difference between WHAT IS NECESSARY and How to be independent and do it yourself at home without expensive supplements.
  • At the Health & Wellness Centre Glen Aplin we run monthly education sessions direct from BN Healthy. Education broadcasts. Join us for a light refreshment and informative session along with our friends. It’s the easiest way to spread evidence-based health information. Applying what you have learnt is the next step.
  • Classes are $20 per person with a minimum of 10 participants. Bookings are required.

Make a day to have lots of fun whist participating in fun informative  cooking classes.  Fees are $100 per person with a minimum of 5 participants. Fees include ingredients, cooking lesions and educations data sheets. You will enjoy the interaction with others and have a nutritious healthy lunch with the fruits of your labours as well. Join with your friends for a fun filled morning.
